LOFTS PREPARES FOR GRAND OPENING by Dan Carter A 4,500-square-foot, landscaped atrium is the centerpiece of the Marshall-Wells Lofts at 1420 N.W. Lovejoy St. in Portland's Pearl District. The loft project, a renovated 1910 warehouse featuring 164 condominiums and ground level retail space, will have its grand opening on Thursday. Historic preservationist Robert Ball is the developer of the mixed-use project. Also on the construction team are general contractor Howard S. Wright Construction, Ankrom Moisan Associated Architects, KPFF Consulting Engineers and Interface Engineering. |
