Astor Pacific LLC is a real estate development and investment team with a robust track record of successfully rehabilitating, repositioning and managing underutilized and underperforming real estate assets. Astor operates as a general partner and invests alongside its investors in all of its projects. Having a stake in each project's risk and reward aligns all of the interests and ensures that our success comes from our equity partners' success. The Astor Team prides itself on its ability to find investments with the highest profitability by leveraging its proprietary sourcing techniques and relationships. Astor has a demonstrated track record of accomplishing these goals during all phases of the real estate cycle, producing profitable results in both urban and suburban markets over the last twenty years through the peaks and troughs of the real estate industry.

Currently, Astor focuses on restructuring undercapitalized investment opportunities. Our Team's expertise and nimble infrastructure gives us the ability to recognize and react to long-term, opportunistic investments in urban and suburban areas across the West Coast. We target markets with growing workforces, desirable living conditions and high barriers to entry, all of which help ensure the long-term profitability of a project and decrease its vulnerability to cyclicality.

Astor is lead by Robert Ball, a Portland-based real estate investor, developer and manager. Mr. Ball's depth of experience and unique background enables him to overcome heavy barriers and significant constraints to successfully structure and close even the most difficult deals.

Notably, Astor played an integral role in the recent revitalization of the Pearl District in Portland, Oregon. Astor's most recent project in the Pearl District, The Wyatt, is a newly-constructed, 245 unit, 457,000 square foot property. The Wyatt has been recognized as Oregon's Best Large Project of 2007 (tie) by NW Construction Magazine, and has been nominated to win a Building of America Award.
